Bids are for contract work at Wellsboro School District for Baseball Field Restoration. The work shall be completed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the architect. The drawings will be available for review at the architect's office. Each bidder must deposit with their bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid, in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material payment bonds for 100% of the contract. Attention is particularly called to the requirements regarding conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid. Excavation and grading work, seeding and mulching, stormwater piping, batting cage installation, concrete, turf, painting, carpentry and roofing work as well as any additional work as indicated on the drawings and specifications. The School District will contract with a Costar Vendor to complete additional work. It is expected that the work under this contract to be completed prior to the Costar Vendor work that is to be completed. The Costar Vendor work to be completed (not part of this contract) will consist of the following: o Playing surface (infield work) o installation of warning track mix at dugout gate areas o Outfield Field Drainage System.
