The project involves the construction of a new Crew Headquarters building for office space and storage of maintenance implements and tools. The scope includes building a new parking area and access road, a 40' x 100' pole building with all framing, installing metal siding and roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with FRP and metal, installation of garage and man doors, windows, and other appurtenances. Bids will be opened electronically and may be rejected or accepted in whole or part at the Commonwealth's discretion. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, and no work is authorized until a Purchase Order is received by the vendor.
