Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a industrial development; and office development.
The project is for the construction of a new Crew Headquarters building to be used for office space and the storage of maintenance implements and tools. The scope includes the construction of a new parking area and access road, and a new 40' x 100' pole building. The work consists of all framing, installation of metal siding and roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with FRP and metal, installation of garage and man doors, installation of windows, and other building appurtenances. Bids will be accepted electronically with the award being made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technical defects in Bids or accept/reject any part of a Bid. No work is authorized until the vendor receives a Purchase Order.
