Renovation of a mixed-use development in Norwell, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of 1/26/2022, the project was not awarded because the bids came in higher and will rebid. Project consisting of the following: a. Installation of a new generator located outdoors within an enclosure. The existing generator will remain in place and decommissioned. Liquidated Damages: Parties agree to the liquidated damages as specified in this paragraph as part of this agreement irrespective any other concerns. If the Work on site is not substantially complete within the time specified, it shall be understood and agreed that the Contractor shall pay the Owner, not as a penalty but as liquidated damages, the following sum for each calendar day after and including the day of Substantial Completion for the site, as further provided in the Contract Documents. 1.
