At the end of each workday, the Contractor will be responsible to secure the building openings being worked on in a manner satisfactory to the Project Manager, Brian Pagella; Building Maintenance Director or his designee All contractors should submit pricing using the Form for Quote (Appendix A). The contract will be awarded to the most responsive contractor with the lowest quote. The person awarded the contract will be required to sign the Town's Owner Contractor Agreement. The Town of Agawam is seeking quotes for and Asbestos Abatement & Mold Remediation at the Agawam Public Library located at 750 Cooper Street in the Town of Agawam, MA in accordance with the accompanying plans and specifications prepared by ATC Group Services, LLC. All contractors should submit pricing for each item as identified in Form for Quote (Appendix A). The contract will be awarded to the most responsive contractor with the lowest quote. The person awarded the contract will be required to sign the Town's Owner Contractor Agreement.
