Questions Due Date: Dec 17th 2021, 3:00 PM MST has been extended as per ADDA 4 to Jan 4th 2022, 3:00 PM MST . The City of Whitehorse (referred to as The City) is inviting proposals from experienced and qualified individual, firm, or corporation (referred to as Proponents) to provide professional services to perform the 2022-2024 Water Monitoring Program, in fulfillment of the requirements of the City's Water Use License (MN20-008) and the Permit to Operate a Large Drinking Water System. The program will commence on January 24, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2024. The information obtained from this monitoring program will be used as components of the City's license and permit reporting requirements. This project has been awarded in the past as a tender (price-based). By submitting a proposal, the proponents understand that this 2022-2024 Water Monitoring Program contract will be awarded as a request-for-proposal (qualifications, experience and price-base, as described herein). The intent of this RFP is to obtain the best overall value that meets the requirements and provides the best value to the City for this project (Project), based on the criteria set out in this RFP. The method of contractor selection has not determined at this time.
