The City of Whitehorse (referred to as The City) is inviting proposals from experienced and qualified individuals, firms, or corporations (referred to as Proponents) to provide Phase 2 environmental site assessment for Old municipal services building site located at 4210, 4th Avenue. The intent of this RFP is to obtain the best overall value that meets the requirements and provides the best value to the City for this project (Project), based on the criteria set out in this RFP. Background A phase 1 environmental site assessment was done for the Old municipal services building site. This assessment had concluded multiple areas of potential contaminations on the site as well as in the building that stands on this site. TIMELINE: The purpose of this RPF is to retain a consultant to do phase 2 environmental site assessment that includes taking samples, testing, analysis and reporting.
