Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Washoe Valley, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Washoe County Community Services Department (CSD) is requesting qualified contractors to bid on the above project. General Scope of Work: This is a two phase project; Phase 1 - main pool replaster and main pool improvements including ADA access ramp, and diving board. Phase 1 to be complete and operational by May 10, 2022. Phase 2 to start September 5, 2022 and be completed by December 20, 2022. Note: Contractor may commence on Phase 2 while working on Phase 1 but it should be noted no work is to be carried out between June 1 and September 5, 2022. The estimated cost range for this project is between $680,000 to $714,000. The Washoe County Commission will consider award of the contract at a subsequent regularly scheduled meeting. Pursuit to NRS 338.080, if the contract sum is $100,000 or more, then the Contractor is required to pay prevailing wages for the work hereunder. Current prevailing wage rates are available through the State of Nevada Labor Commission. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
