As of October 17, 2023 , this project been awarded and a contractor has been selected. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. A detailed scope has not yet been released. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: SCOPE OF WORK: The work generally consists of miscellaneous tenant improvements including; low voltage installation, HVAC modifications, carpentry and related interior improvements necessary to complete the construction of the facility, landscaping, onsite paving, and fencing. The project shall be completed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup, and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of this project is $1,000,000 to $1,300,000. All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Bids received and stamped after the designated time will not be considered and will be returned to the Bidder unopened.
