Renovation of a municipal facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City estimates their annual usage at 1000 filters per annual replacement(s). Replacements may range between once, twice or up to 6 times per year per location. Technicians utilized for these replacements will need to be OSHA trained in standards and will be required to provide a full resume for approval by the City as well as approval of a full back ground clearance prior to performing required replacements for the City. Technicians who find operational problems during the course of the filter replacement will need to notify City of North Las Vegas Building Maintenance personnel. The City reserves the right to request a sampling of the requested filter(s) prior to installation. Hours of operation for the Technicians shall be 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, local time. Approved schedules will be required. The City reserves the right to add additional size filters and/or locations if needed after contract award. Pricing would be secured for the additional sizes on an as needed basis. The additional filters will be addressed via an amendment to the contract.
