Supply of all labour, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to improve access, safety, and security at all four corners of the Point Ellice Bridge in the City of Victoria. The scope of work generally includes: Installing new access stairs, concrete landings, and railings at the abutment and the under-bridge catwalk; Adding, removing, modifying, or repairing various chain link and expanded steel security fences, gates, and locking mechanisms; Concrete cutting and door enlargement; Regrading, importing gravel, and compaction; and Masonry work to re-install large granite blocks.
