The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is seeking Statements of Qualifications from properly qualified and professional consultants in the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) industry, who are experienced specifically in identifying water loss, to provide professional servicing is conducting a water loss analysis to assist the City in identifying water loss. The intent of the study is to assess and evaluate the City's data collection and management, AMI infrastructure, and distribution infrastructure to identify sources of water loss within the City's water system and recommend corrective action. The City of Bentonville reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions/Proposals and to waive irregularities. All Submitters shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the City of Bentonville for any damage or claim brought by any submitter because of such rejections, nor shall the Submitters seek any recourse of any kind against the City of Bentonville because of such rejections. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via written communication only to purchasing@bentonvillear.com. The deadline to submit questions related to this Request is 12:00pm on December 20, 2021. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
