Requests for clarification are due Thursday, December 30, 2021 3:30:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. The project consists of mechanical renovations and upgrades, and associated miscellaneous electrical, and general trades work at New Eagle Elementary School (NEES), Tredyffrin/Easttown Middle School (TEMS), Valley Forge Middle School (VFMS), and Conestoga High School (CHS). Including mechanical equipment replacement at TEMS, VFMS, and CHS, Emergency Panel Upgrades at VFMS, exhaust fan replacements at TEMS and CHS, and duct cleaning at VFMS. The results will also be read aloud at the School District Administration Offices. The Board of School Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive errors or technical defects in the bid or bid forms. Mechanical Construction: This proposal will include all labor, equipment and materials to complete all of the Mechanical Construction work contained in the Contract Documents. The Mechanical Contractor shall also be responsible as the Prime Coordinator on this project. In that role, he shall be responsible to coordinate activities of all Prime Contractors so that the construction schedule is maintained. See also specification Section 01041.
