Renovation of a transportation facility in Pekin, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
**As of January 13, 2022, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. A. Furnish and install approx. 6,500 Square Ft of Minimum 24 Gauge steel wall panels. This is a complete resurfacing on the main hanger (aside from garage doors). Hanger is approx. 128' x 71'. Color-White B. Remove and dispose of existing gutters. C. Furnish and install 18 gauge hat Channel fastened to the existing walls. Please run this horizontally on the wall 36" on center. D. Furnish and install new 24 gauge steel gutters. Color-Black E. Furnish and install all associated trim. Color-Black F. Miscellaneous electrical items such as cameras, lights and building signage are to be properly trimmed. G. Remove large Pekin airport sign above south door and LEAVE OFF. H. Disposal, dumpster (if necessary) and cleanup must be included.
