Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Keller, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of October 3, 2022, the project has been awarded, is under construction and is nearing completion. The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Intersection improvements including demolition of 440 SY concrete pavement, 981 SY asphalt pavement, milling and overlay of 1366 SY asphalt pavement, construction of 1303 SY new concrete pavement, construction of 2895 SY new asphalt pavement, construction of 747 SF new concrete sidewalk, 1004 LF storm drain (21" to 48"), etc. Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening.
