The Town of Yucca Valley ("Town") is requesting written Proposals ("Proposals") of licensed professional geotechnical engineering firms/teams ("Proposers") with experience in complete geotechnical engineering field surveying and sample extraction, laboratory analysis, report generation, and construction observation and reporting (collectively "Services"). The Town is specifically seeking the services of a Proposer with experience working with the public sector. The Project site is approximately 3.35 acres, referred to as the North Brehm Site, located on the north side of Little League Drive, adjacent to the Miracle Field. A Conceptual Site Plan was developed addressing the needs of instruction, water fitness and recreation users of all ages, in approximately 37,000 s.f. building.
