A timeline for a rebid has not yet been determined.*** Clay County Board of Education (OWNER) will receive proposals through Codell Construction Company (Construction Manager) to furnish all labor and materials to complete the Clay County High School Athletic Improvements Phase 2-Grandstand and Bleachers located at 415 Clay County High Road, Manchester, KY 40962. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond. Questions should be directed to the Construction Manager and the Architect.
