Work of the project of which work of this contract is a part, is comprised of but not limited to, the following: Interior renovation, selective demolition, and hazardous material abatement to occur in a portion of the Agriplex at the Bonnyville C2 Center to accommodate the repurposing of the existing Hall space to a Gymnasium, and some of the ancillary spaces adjacent.
