COUNTY OF SAN AUGUSTINE San Augustine, Texas Notice to Bidders In accordance with Vernons Texas Codes Annotated, Local Government Code, Chapter 262.025, the Commissioners Court of San Augustine County, Texas will receive sealed bids on the following items for use by San Augustine County: Glauconitic Rock at the Pit SEALED BIDS CLEARLY MARKED: ROCK Bids are to be on the unit price basis and no bond is required. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Commissioners Secretary Office, 100 West Columbia Street, Suite 107, San Augustine, Texas. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE FORMS PROVIDED IN THE BID PACKET OR THE BID WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Contracts will be awarded to the successful bidders in accordance with the above mentioned chapter of the Local Government Code and will be VALID THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2022. Payment will be made by check after receiving the products or services provided to the County and upon approval of the invoices or statements by the Commissioners Court.
