Contractor agrees to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to install new office flooring, including moving furniture as necessary, Scope of Work, at Caltrans District 12 Stanton Maintenance Station (MS), located at 1090 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Contractor agrees to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to upgrade the office flooring and remodel the men's and women's restrooms within Orange County.

This Agreement will commence on February 1, 2022 The budget is approximately $50,000.00 to $70,000,00.
Contractor shall supply and install Fortress 20 mil luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and or equivalent for 1,400 Square Feet (SF) of office area. Color (wood tone) to be specified by Maintenance facility supervisor Contractor shall prepare flooring, per manufacturer's recommendations for installation of LVT, prior to application of new LVT and 4" rubber base.
Contractor shall provide and apply Ardex Feather finish, or equivalent, for skim coating floor on 1,400 SF of office area.
Men's Restroom:
1) Contractor shall steam clean and reseal flooring tiles for the restroom, shower, and locker area.
2) Contractor shall remove and legally dispose of all replaced items off site.
3) Contractor shall install new three (3) station wall mounted sink from Kohler company
or equivalent. Sink shall be 15 inches wide by 72 inches long by 15 inches tall.
4) Contractor shall install three (3) new four (4) inch single handle bathroom faucets from Moen company or equivalent.
5) Contractor shall install new partitions for three (3) toilets and three (3) urinals. New partitions shall be from Bradley company or equivalent. Each toilet partition door shallbe 72 inches tall, with panels mounted 6 inches above finished floor (AFF). Partition materials shall be fabricated from an advanced formula of at least 30% pre-consumer
recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
Women's Restroom:

company or equivalent.
8) Contractor shall install four (4) new lighting that shall be a minimum of 4 feet, 4,000
light emitting diode (LED) lumens, white wraparound light fixtures
