Bids for the following: CONTRACT R027-22 Waterline Relocation along SR3103, Swede Hill Road, involving the installation of approximately 100 12 & 80 14 CL52 Ductile Iron Pipe, Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, PA. Any questions regarding the project must be submitted to Bernadette Hamay, no later than 12:00 p.m., December 14, 2021, via fax (724) 755-5923 or email at contractbids@mawc.org Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages are applicable to this project. The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid received, to reject any bids, or to accept any bid it deems in its best interest. POC SERIAL NO(S). 20201772054 20213272971 The work of this contract is for the installation of those pipeline materials that are to be furnished by the Authority to the extent that is indicated herein. All other materials of every kind that are required for the installation of work of the Contractor shall be furnished by the Contractor and shall be covered by the several bid proposal prices. The bid price per foot for pipeline installation work shall constitute the entire price to be paid for that work, excepting for the extra price unit items that are indicated separately on the bid sheet. The bid price per foot of pipeline work shall include all types of unclassified excavation and the trench depth that is encountered during the progress of the work.
