Site work for a road / highway in Mackenzie, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The proposed contract requires the clearing of the Right of Way for section of the Finlay Chunamon FSR. These works are for preparing the site for future road realignment. The area of the clearing is approximately 22 hectares. The site is located 285km north of Mackenzie BC, accessible by Forest Service Road. The location of the site is shown on attached Google Earth KML and site map The Contractor will be responsible for the felling of all timber within the site. All Merchantable timber shall be deck at an agreed upon location. All Non-Merchantable timber will be piled and burnt on site. Access through the site on the existing Road shall remain open for public travel. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
