All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time in the second-floor conference room at the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority. Scope of Work: The removal and legal disposal of the material and debris from the demolition of six (6) buildings. A more detailed Scope of Work, project description, and contract documents for bidding purposes may be obtained from The Johnstown Redevelopment Authority as mentioned above. Addenda, if any, will be issued only to those contractors whose name and email or fax number are on record as having obtained these documents. The Johnstown Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to re-advertise or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority for a period of not-to-exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding of the contract. Bid proposal documents shall be enclosed in an envelope (outer and inner) both of which shall be sealed and clearly labeled Proposal for JRA FY 2021-3 Demolition Project.
