The project is a new 45 classroom elementary school and consists of an approximately 105,000 SQFT building, including 2-level classroom wings and 1-story for the common areas on approximately 11 acres at the corner of Executive Center Drive and Farm Pond Lane in Charlotte, NC. Rodgers-Holt Brothers will accept Trade Contractor prequalification applications for the subject project for the following bid packages: 03A Complete Concrete Sub and Superstructures, 04A Masonry, 08A Glass and Metal Panel Assemblies, 08B Passage Door Assemblies, 09A Drywall Assemblies, 09C Acoustical Assemblies, 09D Hard Tile, 09E Floor Coverings - Resilient and Carpeting, 09F Painting, 10A Specialties, 10B Signage, 10D Operable Partitions, 10E Visual Display Surfaces and Audio-Visual Equipment , 11B Food Service Equipment, 11H Prefabricated Structures (Canopies), 12A Window Treatments, 12D Casework and Millwork, 14A Elevators, 18A General Works, 18B Final Cleaning, 21A Fire Protection, 22A Plumbing Systems, 23A HVAC Systems, 23B Test and Balance, 26A Electrical, 31A Complete Sitework, 32C Landscape and Irrigation, 32D Fencing January 26, 2022: prequalification submittals due

This is a reminder that prequalifications are due by January 26th. This project requires an approved project specific prequalification to bid. See the attached prequalification form for the list of bid packages and estimated values and prequalification requirements. Unfortunately, previous prequalification with Rodgers, Holt Brothers, CMS, etc. does not count toward prequalification for this project. We need a prequalification submittal for this project.
