The goal of this ISS RFO is to develop and award a new, multi-year ISS service Contract to a Contractor that will provide dependable, high quality installation, maintenance, and support necessary to provide secure facilities for OAG staff, customers, and OAG data. The Contract resulting from this RFO must be operational by September 1, 2022. The Scope of Work includes: o Maintaining the current integrated ISS environment o Recommending and implementing ISS hardware and software upgrades, when necessary o ISS Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) o Providing a system that will track the progress of a MAC or Service Request from the initiation of a request to completion of work and provide inventory control The OAG's Integrated Security Solution (ISS) RFO is for a new, multi-year ISS service Contract that will provide dependable, high quality installation, maintenance, and support necessary to provide secure facilities for OAG staff, customers, and OAG data. Respondents must not contact any other OAG personnel concerning this RFO, except as permitted by the Point of Contact. The only exception to this requirement is that Respondents may contact the OAG Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Coordinator directly with questions regarding proper submission of the HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) (see Section 2.7 HUB Subcontracting Probability Statement). Deadline for Submission of Questions December 16, 2021 2:00 p.m. Local Time Questions and Answers Document Posted Early-January 2022 Expected Contract Award Date June 2022 The Contract will begin upon issuance of a Purchase Order (PO) and the initial term will end on August 31, 2025. The Contract may be renewed for two (2) optional, one (1) year terms with the first optional renewal term beginning on September 1, 2025 and concluding on August 31, 2026 and the second optional renewal beginning on September 1, 2026 and concluding on August 31, 2027. The decision to renew the Contract will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the OAG. Such renewal(s) will be subject to the requirements of the Contract, with the sole and limited exception that the original date of termination will be extended pursuant to this provision. By submission of a Response to this RFO, a Respondent agrees to be bound, for the initial term of the Contract and for any renewal term which the OAG may elect to exercise, to perform the within described services at the rates specified in the Contract.
