ITB11192100000156 Lift Station No.91 Force Main Upgrade A Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit are not scheduled for this project. This project consists of upgrading an 18" force main to 24" on SW 38th Street (County Road). This force main is coming from the Master Lift Station #91 that pumps to Water Reclamation Facility #3.Construction is within the right-of-way of SW 38 th Street from SW 48th Avenue to SW 60th Ave Installation of 12", 18" & 24" PVC Piping via directional bore or open cut, as specified on the plan set. 2. Installation of 12", 18" & 24" Ductile Iron Fittings. 3. Installation of 12", 18" & 24" Plug Valves. 4. Upgrading of air release valves. 5. Cut, cap, and abandonment of existing 18" force main. 6. Installation and maintenance on traffic control devices. 7. Removal and replacement of existing asphalt pavement as per Marion County standards, including road striping and markers. 8. Removal and replacement of existing sidewalk and curb & gutter. 9. Removal and replacement of existing landscape and sod. 10. Sewage tanker pumping for Lift Station #91 during nighttime tie-ins. A temporary manifold will be installed by the City on the lift station bypass valve that will allow the lift station to pump directly into the tankers. The tankers will empty in a manhole at Water Reclamation Facility #3 (3100 SW 67 th Ave, Ocala). Four lift stations will be redirected prior to tie-ins. The daily flow to Lift Station #91 the night of the tie-ins will be 1,238,255 gallons per day
