The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests proposals from companies interested in providing on-call traffic control and flagging services for EWEB's work activities subject to BOLI prevailing wage rates. Proposer shall comply with all BOLI and CCB requirements, including all filing, notification, and payment requirements; retainage for payment for labor, and the filing of a $30,000 public works bond with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The public works bond shall be obtained from a corporate surety authorized to do business in the state of Oregon. A Pre-Proposal Conference will NOT be held. The length of the CONTRACT will be from the date of award and will last approximately five years. No proposal may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of thirty (30) days from the date and time set for opening. EWEB reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities; may cancel the Request for Proposals; and may reject any or all proposals pursuant to EWEB Rule 3-0640.
