In general, work includes interior and exterior window washing and related services such as dusting, cleaning gutters, etc. at multiple City of Eugene facilities and perform such services following a predetermined schedule. It is the City's intent to award a contract up to a five year term as a result of this solicitation. The following locations will be part of a staff-led walking tour: 1 The Downtown Library 2 The Hult Center--1 Eugene Center, Eugene. (Facilities' staff and bidders will walk to this location from the Library.) 3 The Eugene Police Department -300 Country Club Rd, Eugene. (Bidders must drive on their own to location.) 4 The Eugene-Springfield Fire Department--1715/1725 West 2nd Avenue, Eugene. (Bidders must drive on their own to location.)
