To establish unit prices for Lane County's requirements for Rock Material needs during the period of July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. Materials will include crushed rock, oil rock, round rock, and pit run material loaded at the bidder's plant into County trucks and for all related materials called for in the specifications and bid booklet. Bidders must submit bids in electronic form, complete and on the required forms in the Bid Booklet on the date of Bid Closing stated. To be considered, bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with all the following instructions: 1. Bids must be submitted contained in the complete Bid Booklet, 2. Bids must be included as an attachment to an email submitted to the email stated here: matthew.tarnoff@lanecountyor.gov, 3. The subject line of the email must clearly identify the submission as a response to this specific Invitation to Bids, 4. Attachments must be submitted in PDF format only, and 5. Attachments must not include .zip files, and cannot be more than 30 MB in size. This contract is not for a public improvement and prevailing wage rates are not required. No bid security is required. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident or non-resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. Each bidder must be an "Equal Opportunity Employer" and comply with the appropriate provisions of state and federal law. Each bidder is required to comply with ORS 656.017 regarding worker's compensation, unless the bidder meets the requirements for exemption under ORS 656.126.
