Remodeling of an educational facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
As of 3/8/22, Per NOTIFICATION OF INADVERTANT CANCELLATION AND INTENT TO PROCEED ON IFB 5448-GS/PWP-CL-2022-140 Project "was inadvertently cancelled in the NGEM System through a scrivener’s error and miscommunication. UNLV intends to proceed as though the cancellation had not occurred and will consider the bids received prior to the closing date. UNLV will not accept any new or revised bids on this project." As of 2/18/22, this project has been canceled. Per the owner the project will be re-solicited in the near future. As of 01/25/2022 This project has not been awarded. Must be qualified per NRS 338.1379. Scope of Work: Contractor shall supply all material, equipment, and labor to provide the interior renovation of the Campus Services Building, Room 201 and some adjacent offices and areas. This project includes and is not limited to providing power data, electrical, lighting, HVAC and controls, fire alarm and sprinkler installation and modifications (per plan) and architectural finishes. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
