Renovation of a municipal facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,947-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
As of April 21, 2021, a GC has not been awarded. Subcontractors can submit proposals to the GC bidders. For Lewis Professional Building, 9th Floor, Public Defender - Tenant Improvement consists of a 9,947 SF tenant improvement and is located at 330 South 3rd Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101. A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. The package and/or WebEx information is available on the internet at Nevada eGovernment Marketplace (NGEM) or by calling (702) 455-6277. Tenant Improvement of the entire 9th floor to accommodate the Public Defender and the Senior Judges new offices. Work consist of demolition and removal of selected interior partitions, doors, flooring, suspended acoustical ceiling, plumbing, electrical, lighting, low voltagecabling and devices. HVAC equipment, duct work, including removal and replacement of 9th floor (11) water source heat pump units with associated mechanical piping and electrical work.
