CMAR Clark/Sullivan Construction With regard to subcontracts and Construction Manager at Risk work, Clark/Sullivan Construction, Inc., as the CMAR for the project listed above, is advertising this opportunity and seeking interested subcontractors who wish to apply to qualify to bid the work described herein. Subcontractors will be considered for prequalification to bid pursuant to NRS for all subcontracted work. The project consists of construction of two new restroom buildings and finishes in an existing structure. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: surveying, earthwork, underground utilities, concrete (site and building), masonry, structural steel, roofing, metal framing/drywall, insulation, painting, flooring & coatings, specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. If a prequalification package has been previously sent to Clark/Sullivan in the past (2) years, please notify us so that we may verify receipt.
