The Troy City School District invites the submission of Sealed Bids for Plumbing Contractors, all in accordance with the plans and specifications included in the bid package. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof Each Bidder shall prepare their bid proposal in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the "Information for Bidders".Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contracts.No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the date of the actual bid opening.The Troy City School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after the bid opening. Addenda: All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via email unless otherwise requested
