Materials provided shall be as described in the applicable portions of Section 400 of the NYSDOT "STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS (US Customary Units), Construction and Materials", dated January 1, 2020 with most current addenda. Materials provided shall conform to the parameters defined in Table 401-1, COMPOSITION OF BITUMINOUS PLANT MIXTURES. Provisions of this Section relating to materials handling, processing and quality apply. All bidders must supply materials from NYSDOT approved plants. All materials provided must be in compliance with the above-mentioned specifications. Rensselaer County requires the awarded Vendor providing the service to be within a 30-mile radius of the Main County Office Facility located at 1600 Seventh Avenue, Troy, New York 12180 or that the awarded Vendor has a site location within a 30-mile radius of the Main County Office Facility located at 1600 Seventh Avenue, Troy, New York 12180. The name, location, contact person and phone number of this service facility must be clearly identified on the Official Bid Form.
