Completed plans call for the demolition of a retail development; for the construction of a retail development; for site work for a retail development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project generally includes construction of a new modular building including electrical and septic work, concrete paving, and replacement of adjacent asphalt pathways to meet ADA Accessibility Guidelines. There is no pre-bid meeting for this project. Bids shall be accompanied by the proper bid security. The FOREST PRESERVE DISTRICT OF WILL COUNTY reserves the right to accept any bid or any part or parts or combinations thereof, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to reject any or all bids.
