Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.
The proposed work consists of the provision of materials, labor, and equipment necessary to apply crack filler, sealer and pavement markings on asphalt pavement, in addition to striping two pickleball courts. No oral proposals or modifications will be considered. The park district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days.
