Awardee is Equipment Guy, LLC The City of Roswell is receiving offers from qualified firms for the removal of existing gymnastic floor and installation of new floor at the Physical Activity Center, Roswell Area Park, 10495 Woodstock Road, Roswell, GA 30076. This project is considered a fixed price construction project and consists of providing a turn-key flooring service that includes all labor, materials (including flooring), supplies, equipment, permits, and any other associated cost to complete project request agreed upon. No additional charges will be accepted. Time is of the essence and it is the CITY'S expectation that completion of installation should be performed in one (1) day. Deadline for questions is Friday, December 10, 2021 at 5:00PM. The City of Roswell has the right to reject any or all bids; to award a contract in the best interest of the City and to waive technicalities and informalities.
