Site work and paving for a civil project in Taos, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project is located in Taos County, New Mexico. The Project consists of roadway improvements, grading, drainage, and hot asphalt concrete pavement. A. Contractor will complete the rio lucero roadway improvements project, hereinafter referred to as the "Project," by furnishing all materials, labor, machinery, equipment, and tools necessary to: consists of roadway recondition, grading, drainage and hot asphalt concrete pavement. B. All construction shall further be in accordance with, and this Contract shall include, and CONTRACTOR shall be bound by all provisions of the NMDOT Standard Specification 2014, as amended and revised by the modified Special Provisions and/or Supplemental Specifications, which are incorporated herein by reference. C. All construction shall further be in accordance with, and this Contract shall include all provisions of the following documents, which documents are hereby incorporated herein by reference, and which documents the parties hereby acknowledge that they possess and have knowledge of their contents: (1) Bid; (2) Performance Bond; (3) Payment Bond; (4) Certificate of Insurance; (5) Wage Rate Determination(s); (6) General Conditions; (7) Special Conditions; (8) Modified Special Provisions and/ or Supplemental Specifications; (9) Project Drawings; (10) Project Specifications (11) Notice to Contractors. The following conditions apply to prospective bidders: A. B. Resident/Veterans Preference. See Information for Bidders for details (If Federal Funds in whole or in part contribute to the budget for this project, the Nonresident/Veteran are not eligible). There will not be a Pre-Bid meeting for this project. Each proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the information for bidders and shall be accompanied by an acceptable Proposal Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, made payable to the Taos Pueblo as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, the bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds within seven (7) calendar days after award of the Contract.
