The City of Yuma invites qualified Contractor(s) to submit a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Asphalt and Concrete Maintenance Services as needed; and any other related services as deemed necessary by the City. Questions Due Date: Dec 15th 2021, 11:00 AM MST The City of Yuma is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide services for asphalt, concrete, signs, markings maintenance throughout the community. The City of Yuma is seeking maintenance services, which will be vital for the upkeep of public rights of way. In the event the City expands its operations during the contract period, the City reserves the right to deem any new location as being covered under this agreement. The Agreement resulting from this request shall commence upon the date of Agreement execution by both parties and remain in effect for one (1) year. After the expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for up to four (4) successive one-year terms (each, a "Renewal Term") unless terminated as otherwise provided in this Agreement. The Initial Term and any Renewal Term(s) are collectively referred to herein as the "Term."
