The last date to submit RFIs is December 16, 2021 The Owner requires the project to be substantially complete by December 31, 2022. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Sum. The bid security shall be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, bank money order or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois. Hereinafter this bid security shall be referred to as the bid bond. Bidders on construction projects in excess of $50,000 shall be certified by the Illinois State Capital Development Board and shall confirm in writing in its submitted Bid that the bidder is currently certified by the Illinois State Capital Development Board.
