Renovation of a library in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) per FAR Part 15.203. At minimum, the evaluation factors will include acceptability of technical proposal, past performance, and price; specific evaluation factors for the project will be included in the official solicitation. This will be a firm-fixed, price contract, and the magnitude of work is anticipated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Period of Performance: 03/21/2022 to 12/21/2022 Provide all material, labor, and supervision for the Replacement of the ADA Elevator located at the Liberty Square Visitor Education Center Fort Sumter National Historic Park. This project will address the issues of the dangerous and malfunctioning Handicap Elevator at Liberty Square Visitor Education Center. The location of the building if vulnerable to severe weather (i.e., Hurricanes and flooding) which has caused vast deterioration to the outdated utility MBE (9.6%), SBE (100%) Contract - P16PC00063
