This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-22-Q-0026. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 237110 with a size standard in millions of dollars $39.5. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to furnish and install a water service line and service connection (tap) on the City of Muskogee water main line in Muskogee, Oklahoma in accordance with the Statement of Work and drawing. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for December 14, 2021 at 10:30am CST. Site visit is subject to a continuing budget resolution that funds Federal government operations. Questions are due no later than December 20, 2021 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is December 31, 2021 COB CST.
