As of April 27, 2022, the owner has selected a construction manager. A firm construction timeline has not been announced. The original solicitation is included below for reference: This is for a firm to provide professional Construction Manager (CM) at Risk services as part of a design and construction team, which includes various design and engineering consultants, stakeholders, and County staff.
