Tekonsha Community Schools will receive sealed proposals from General Contractors. The work in general involves replacement of the roof top units at the high school, replacement of the unit ventilators at the elementary school and electrical upgrades. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to award a contract to other than the low bidder, to waive any irregularities and/or informalities, and, in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of Tekonsha Community Schools. The bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the School Board or the Superintendent. The bid shall also be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form, Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012.
