Bidders are required to pre-qualify in the required class of work for at least the amount of the project estimate. Failure to do so shall result in rejection of bid. A Bid Bond not less than ten (10) percent of the total amount of the bid Performance and payment bonds will be required for this contract at time of contracting. Attendance at both the Pre-Bid Conference AND Walkthrough are required for bid eligibility. Question Submission Close Date 12/27/2021 4:00 PM PST REMOVAL OF EXISTING DETERIORATED ACCESS LANDING CONCRETE PAD AND WOODEN ACCESS STEP. INSTALLATION OF NEW ACCESS LANDING AT SAME LOCATION. NEW LANDING PLATFORM WILL BE ELEVATED TO THE LEVEL OF THE ADJACENT PEDESTRIAN WALK WAY. CODE REQUIRED ELECTRICAL UPGRADES AS PART OF IMPROVEMENT OF LANDING 1. Demolition of existing access landing concrete pad and wooden access steps. 2. Installation of new access landing area with new grating, railings and gate. 3. New electrical upgrades as part of landing improvements. 4. Provide design, engineering and installation of piling systems in the river bank to support the new landing
