Erie Wastewater Treatment Plant Waste Heat Boiler Rehabilitation Contract 4A - HVAC Construction Contract 4B - Electrical Construction The Work generally includes rehabilitation of the sludge incinerator waste heat boilers including replacement of the tubes and soot blower system, replacement of the boiler system condensate tank and deaerator, heating water and cooling water piping replacement, piping modifications, related electrical and instrumentation equipment, and installation of new Overflow Retention Facility (ORF) flow meter. The foregoing description shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required. Clarification Deadline 12/22/2021 5:00 PM Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, qualification statement and other documents as described in the Bid Documents. Prevailing wage rates for all trades and occupations involved in the Work shall be in accordance with the Prevailing Wage Rate Determination issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry included in the Bid Documents.
