Additional Instructions All TORFPs will be sent to all Master Contractors awarded a Master Contract within the functional area to which the TORFP applies. Master Contractors who receive a TORFP, and who would have an existing or potential conflict of interest if awarded the TO, shall immediately provide the TO Manager with a written notification of the conflict.
