Clarification deadline 12/17/2021 5:00 pm The college is seeking specific values in solar PV production to be installed on the roof of multiple buildings;1. WCMT1 Meter (1782115848495) Attachment C, 2. WCMT2 Meter (1782115848492) Attachment D, 3. WLB Meter (16190646) Attachment E. See attachments for available roof space for solar arrays on each building. The College is looking for long term energy solutions. The intent is to maximize the value via a design/build approach where the bidder will provide the design and engineering specs based on specific PV solar sizes. The budget of $500,000 should be used to provide the best long-term value for PV production without impeding the safety and maintenance of the roof and other systems on the roof. This system will tie into the respective building's electrical system with the intent of entering a Parallel Generation agreement with Evergy. Installations of this project will begin after the Purchase order is issued. NABCEP certification is required.
