New construction of a service station / car wash facility in Troy, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility.
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION The project will consist of installation of a fueling station including fuel pumps with integrated fuel control, new underground diesel storage tank, new underground gas storage tank, fuel island canopy, new fuel management system. Asphalt and concrete paving. Grading andseeding. Once the new fuel island is operational the existing fuel will be demolished with fuel pumps, and associated tanks, piping, controls, etc. being removed and disposed of off site. All installation of new fuel system and removal of old shall meet the requirements and regulations of The Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR). ELECTRICAL WORK: The project will consist of providing power, control, and lighting to a new fuel island, canopy, and underground fuel storage tanks. It will also include the electrical demolition of the existing fuel island, controls, and underground fuel storage tanks. The existing fuel system will need to remain operational until the new system has been flushed, tested, and ready for use. Temporary power will be needed for the testing of the new system. Final power will originate from an existing panelboard, where new circuit breakers will be required for the new circuits.
