Renovation of a medical facility in New Castle, Delaware. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The project will consist of performing various HVAC replacements to the building, including, but not limited to, replacement of an existing dual temperature HVAC system consisting of outside air units, air-cooled chillers, natural gas-fired boilers, fan coil units, ductwork, exhaust systems, pumps, piping, and insulation. The project will also include installation of a new building automation system. The successful firm will provide all necessary architectural and engineering services necessary for this work to include design, procurement, and construction administration. Therefore, the successful firm will need to provide a phasing plan for all necessary work, and OMB/DFM retains the option to extend the contract of the successful firm for services necessary to complete the scope of the project in future fiscal years. The DHSS Herman M. Holloway, Sr. Campus is located at 1901 North DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720. Among over thirty (30) other buildings, the Mitchell Building is on this campus and is a component of the Delaware Psychiatric Center.
